Kristina Lohmann

Kristina Lohmann advises national and international clients in all areas of corporate law as well as capital markets law. She focuses on advising on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including private equity and venture capital investments. In addition, she advises listed (family-owned) companies in all legal matters regarding corporate structuring and corporate governance.

Studied law at the University of Hamburg (2013-2018). Legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg working for the GIZ in Belgrade, the Federal Foreign Office in Berlin and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Hamburg and London. Admission to the bar by the Hanseatic Bar Association in Hamburg (2025). Associate at valbeek Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Hamburg (since 2025).
