Justus H. Graf

Justus H. Graf is a lawyer at valbeek and advises clients in particular on Private Equity transactions, exit processes and general corporate law issues.

Justus joined the then newly founded law firm at the beginning of 2024 to further specialize in his main focus of interest, Corporate Law. Previously, he worked for two years as an associate in IP, Life Sciences & Healthcare at CMS Hasche Sigle in Hamburg, focusing on pharmaceutical, pharmacy, medical device and medicinal cannabis law as well as transactions in the healthcare and care sector.

Justus was born in Düsseldorf in 1994. From 2013 to 2019, he studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich, including an Erasmus study abroad program at the University of Helsinki, Finland, in 2015/16. He chose medical law as his specialization. For his legal traineeship in the district of the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court from December 2019 to January 2022, Justus moved to Hamburg, where he later joined CMS Hasche Sigle as an associate from the beginning of 2022 to 2024. Justus has been working for valbeek since the beginning of 2024.
