Jessica Lüdicke advises on all aspects of corporate law. Her practice focuses on providing legal support for domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and on the judicial and extrajudicial resolution of corporate law disputes. In addition, she advises on the design of corporate structures and articles of association, as well as on corporate restructuring. Her clients include family-owned and owner-managed companies, family offices, and publicly traded (family) companies.

Studied law at the University of Hamburg with a focus on “Administration of justice and legal drafting – national and international” (2016-2022, 1st state examination).
