Franziska R. Fellerhoff

Franziska Fellerhoff is a senior associate in our team who advises on all questions of corporate law. She specialises in advising on any kind of company formations and corporate structures, providing legal support for national and cross-border M&A transactions and resolving corporate law disputes in and out of court. Her clients include, in particular, family-owned and owner-managed companies as well as family offices. She also advises international investors, including private equity and venture capital companies.
