Dr. Mareike Aisenbrey

Dr. Mareike Aisenbrey advises entrepreneurs, companies and their shareholders on all corporate law issues, with a particular focus on family and owner-managed companies. She specializes in establishing and drafting of corporate law documentation and corporate structures, the conduct of corporate law disputes and conflict resolution as well as the conception and implementation of (corporate) successions, including their settlement and the execution of wills. She also advises on and assists with transactions of all kinds.

Mareike's expertise also includes inheritance law. She develops and implements well thought-out, holistic solutions for her clients, tailored to their individual needs and interests.
