About:
Malte Vollertsen has been practicing as a lawyer for more than five years in the areas of M&A, stock corporation, capital markets and corporate law as well as corporate litigation. He advises listed companies on all aspects of capital markets law and the conduct of their annual general meetings, advises family-owned companies, entrepreneurs and private individuals as well as private equity and venture capital funds on national and cross-border transactions as well as all other corporate law issues and defends their legal interests in and out of court.
Despite his enthusiasm for complex legal issues in all their details, Malte Vollertsen is committed to identifying and asserting the central interests and objectives of his clients: The M&A transaction does not fail because of legal issues, but becomes a success if the commercial interests of both sides can be recognized and brought together. Similarly, corporate law disputes are often only resolved when the underlying personal aspects are understood, and a balancing solution or decision is reached on this basis.
