Anne Böttcher

Anne strengthens our team as a research assistant, specializing in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, disputes, family businesses, and general corporate law matters. She is dedicated to developing well-researched, strategically sound, and practical solutions to complex legal challenges.

Anne studied law at the University of Freiburg and the European Law School at Maastricht University from 2012 to 2018, graduating with the First Legal State Examination. She then worked as a research assistant at the University of Freiburg and LMU Munich. From 2022 to 2024, Anne completed her legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg, including stages at valbeek. In September 2024, she became a fully qualified lawyer and joined valbeek as a research assistant.
