Viscom SE, European market leader for optical inspection systems, changes its legal form

We congratulate the listed company Viscom SE, European market leader for automatic optical inspection systems in the electronics industry, on its change of legal form to a Societas Europaea (SE)! Together with our employment law colleagues Michael Kuhnke and Jana Reimers from SCHRAMM MEYER KUHNKE, a team from valbeek Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB consisting of Hans-Christoph Voigt and Malte Vollertsen successfully advised Viscom on its change of legal form.

We were delighted to advise Viscom on stock corporation and capital market law relating to the formation of an SE by way of a change of legal form, the adaptation of the corporate governance structure to the requirements of SE law and capital market communication.
