Sale of Resch GmbH & Co. KG to the Bayern-Fass Group

Resch GmbH & Co. KG is now part of the Bayern-Fass Group. Congratulations to everyone involved!

The shareholders of Resch GmbH & Co. KG, a family-owned company in the steel drum and IBC reconditioning industry since 1920, have sold the company to Ruhr-Fass GmbH, a subsidiary of Bayern-Fass Rekonditionierungs GmbH. Ruhr-Fass will continue to pursue the philosophy of resource-saving reconditioning instead of costly new production of industrial packaging. A process that is unique in Germany for barrel conditioning will be utilised.
