valbeek advises Hoppe Marine GmbH on a joint venture with Admaren Tech Private Limited

We are pleased to have provided legal advice to Hoppe Marine GmbH, an internationally active company in the field of maritime software and system solutions, on the establishment of a joint venture with the Indian company Admaren Tech.

As part of the transaction, the parties established the joint venture SecureLoad Systems Private Limited. The aim of the joint venture is to develop and market innovative software solutions for the maritime industry, in particular for optimizing cargo, stability, and planning processes on board ships. By combining their technological expertise and international market presence, the partners are creating a strong platform for further growth in the field of digital shipping.
