valbeek advises fobizz on merger with Infinitas

fobizz is the leading German-language platform for continuing education and AI tools for teachers and schools. Since its founding in 2018, more than 10,000 schools and over 650,000 teachers in German-speaking countries have been using the platform. With this merger, fobizz - along with its subsidiary to teach - will become part of the newly founded Infinitas Learning EdTech Holding, which will consolidate the digital education platforms of the European education group.

The valbeek team - comprising our partner Dr. Oliver Wunsch, Managing Associate Thomas W. Hertig, and Associate Kristina Lohmann - provided comprehensive legal advice to the shareholders of fobizz on all aspects of the transaction. Tax advice was provided by Dr. Ulrich Wilke (WIESE LUKAS). We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks for the excellent collaboration.
