valbeek advises ENOVA Power on wind project rights acquisition via share deal

We are pleased to have provided legal counsel to ENOVA Power on the acquisition of project rights for three wind turbines planned in Lower Saxony via a share deal. The project, developed as a greenfield initiative, comprises three Nordex N163 turbines, each with a capacity of 7 MW.

The valbeek team, consisting of our partners Bjarne Petersen and Edzard Schmidt-Jortzig, Senior Associate Justus Graf, and Associates Kristina Lohmann and Jonas Freise, provided comprehensive advice on all legal aspects of the transaction.
