valbeek accompanies AC CHRISTES & PARTNER (ACP) into its next phase of growth

We are delighted that Dr. Oliver Wunsch, Dr. Jan Brosius, and Jessica Lüdicke advised AC CHRISTES & PARTNER on establishing its new partnership with GREENPEAK Partners and the Makery Group – the starting point for the joint platform atania Group.

The atania Group brings together leading tax consulting and auditing firms to form an independent, technology-oriented platform for small and medium-sized businesses. Clients will benefit from a one-stop shop with regional proximity, specialist knowledge, and end-to-end digital processes. Partner firms will gain access to capital, technology, and clear growth and succession solutions – while retaining full entrepreneurial independence.

The entire ACP partnership will play a key role in the further development of the atania Group. Carsten Kniephoff will be the spokesperson for the atania partnership. Loeonidas Lobek will head up transaction consulting and Eicke Möller will be responsible for tax technology. The entire remaining partnership around Arne Christes will take on central roles in the further expansion and development, thus helping to shape the atania platform. GREENPEAK brings comprehensive scaling experience and a strong network to the table, while the Makery Group expands the platform with international tax expertise and complex structuring skills.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to the entire AC CHRISTES & PARTNER team around Arne Christes, Carsten Kniephoff, Loeonidas Lobek, and Dr. Eicke Möller for the trust they have once again placed in us. Many thanks also to the team at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP around Dr. Kamyar Abrar and Dr. Florian Dendl for the great, very pleasant, and constructive cooperation.
