BPE acquires 100% of the shares in SEPAmatic GmbH

Congratulations to BPE Unternehmensbeteiligungen on the acquisition of SEPAmatic!

BPE Unternehmensbeteiligungen, a Hamburg-based company specialising in succession planning for medium-sized German companies, has acquired 100% of the shares in SEPAmatic GmbH (formerly Modernpack Hoppe GmbH) through an acquisition company.

SEPAmatic is one of the world's leading suppliers of belt separators. As such, SEPAmatic manufactures machines for the food processing industry. A gentle separation process produces high-quality products from meat, fish, vegetables and fruit, enabling better further processing of the respective raw materials.
