Transactions

valbeek advises on the entire spectrum of transactions. We advise on traditional private M&A transactions, especially in the small and mid-cap sector (in particular on buy and sell mandates of family-owned and private companies) as well as private equity transactions, venture capital transactions, joint ventures, reorganizations of the shareholder structure or succession planning. In addition, we advise on public M&A transactions, in the defense against hostile public takeover bids, on the entry into listed companies (PIPE transactions) or on transactions in which listed companies are delisted from the stock exchange (Going Private).
